Refund, Rescheduling & Consultation Policy

At Nakshatra.Guru, every consultation session is thoughtfully reserved and dedicated exclusively for the client and the consultant. Once an appointment is booked, the selected time slot is blocked and committed accordingly.

By booking a consultation on our platform, you agree to the following policy:

1. No Refund Policy

All bookings and payments made for consultations, reports, or advisory services are non-refundable once confirmed.

As the consultants time is specifically reserved for your session, refunds cannot be provided for:

• missed appointments,
• early call disconnection,
• partial usage of the session,
• change of mind,
• technical or network interruptions,
• or unforeseen connectivity issues.

2. Consultation Time Commitment

We value both the clients experience and the consultants dedicated time.

In case a call gets interrupted due to technical issues, network problems, or accidental disconnection, reasonable efforts will be made to reconnect and complete the remaining consultation time wherever possible.

The booked session duration remains reserved exclusively for the customer once the appointment is confirmed.

3. Rescheduling Flexibility

While refunds are not applicable, clients may:

• reschedule their appointment, or
• retain the amount in their wallet/account balance for future use on the platform.

Rescheduling requests are subject to consultant availability and should preferably be requested in advance.

4. Wallet Balance Usage

Any approved wallet balance may be used for:

• future consultations,
• spiritual guidance sessions,
• astrology or numerology services,
• reports,
• or other eligible services available on the platform.

5. Client Responsibility

Clients are requested to:

• join sessions on time,
• ensure stable internet connectivity,
• and provide correct contact details for smooth communication.

Delays or interruptions from the clients side may affect the available consultation duration.

6. Service Nature

All consultations provided through the platform are spiritual and advisory in nature. Guidance and interpretations may vary based on individual situations and should be understood as personal consultancy services.

7. Policy Updates

Nakshatra.Guru reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time to improve service quality and platform operations.
